A Juggalo. On the bus. In Boston. I didn’t think any of the ICP aficionados lived north of the Mason-Dixon line. You learn something new every day.
I don't pretend to understand how my mind works.
Being as pale as I am and working in a predominantly Latino community, I often get wary looks about my ability to speak Spanish until I actually engage them in it. You can see them visibly relax. It’s quite amusing.
One woman once demanded to know where I learned my Spanish, though, in a way that made it seem as if I “stole” it.
Maybe one day I’ll call in so y’all...
